If a save fails
- Read the message shown in the editor: sign-in required, network unavailable or limit reached.
- Your draft stays in the browser: export it as PDF or JSON to keep a copy.
- If the problem persists, note the date, the browser and the email address of your account.
Report a problem. There is no need to attach a confidential résumé to the first message.
If the sign-in code does not arrive
Check the spam folder and the verification phrase shown on the page. A new code can be requested after one minute; each code is valid for fifteen minutes.
Retention
Saved résumés are kept for as long as the account exists; the database is backed up every day with seven days of retention.
